All purchases are shipped using local courier service within 3 working days of the order placement.

Replacement Policy

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your product may be eligible for replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Please note that products are not eligible for a replacement if the product is “No longer needed.”

Conditions for Replacements

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached with your order number.

Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

OODI Store offers a Money-back guarantee for all its customers on the following conditions:

  1. Product is not as shown on the website, Facebook Chat, or Whatsapp.
  2. Any feature that is missing in the device which is mentioned on our website.

 Procedure for Money-back Guarantee Claim: Contact our support team on Whatsapp and share a video demonstrating that the feature you think is not in the device and was mentioned on our website. Our representative will reply to you in 24 hours during working days. 

 

Issuance of Refunds

  • Cash refund only possible on Money-Back Gaurantee claim.
  • Your faulty product is replaced with a new one within 7 days.
  • You can also get a voucher for that amount and buy any other product using that voucher.
